The Z-Team had a great time out at The CrossFit Games. It was so inspiring to see the Fittest on Earth compete. We are so proud to have Annie Thorisdottir on our Z-Team. After coming back from a back injury she took 2nd in The CrossFit Games, impressive! In one of the events, Annie sported our ZK-1. The Zk-1 provides flexible support and protective padding around the knee for impact reduction, making it great to wear for your cleans. While The CrossFit games may be a year away, its never to early to start training! If you are interested in competing or simply throwing a CrossFit workout into your weekly routine, try this killer CrossFit workout inspired by our Iceland Annie! All you will need is a jump rope and a mat or a soft & stable area to perform the sit-ups.
The Double Under
A double under is when you swing the jump  rope two times under your feet and only jump once. Some tips to perform a solid double under is the following:
-Jump high & slow
-Use your wrists
-Keep your elbows in
-Keep your core tight
